Is this a subscription?

No. Credits are bought once. There is no recurring charge, no card kept on file and nothing to cancel.

What does one credit buy?

One credit converts one photo into a printable line drawing. Browsing, saving and printing library drawings never costs a credit.

What if a conversion fails?

The credit goes straight back. A run that does not produce a sheet is never charged for.

Do credits expire?

Purchased credits are valid for a year from the day you buy them. Free welcome credits are valid for 30 days.

Can I sell the sheets I make?

A sheet the converter makes from your own photo belongs to you, and you are free to sell it. The library drawings stay ours: print, photocopy and hand them out freely in any classroom, clinic or home, but reselling them or bundling them into a paid product is not allowed.
