Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure, because anyone who has it has your Coloring Mill account. One account is for one person; sharing credentials across a staff team is not permitted.

Credits and payments

The drawing library is free. Browsing, saving and printing library drawings never costs a credit.
One credit converts one of your own photos into a line drawing.
Credits are purchased once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Purchased credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Free welcome credits are valid for 30 days.
A conversion that fails is refunded automatically. You are never charged for a run that did not produce a sheet.
Unused credits are not refundable for cash, except where local consumer law requires it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload photographs you do not have the right to use.
Upload sexual, violent or otherwise harmful imagery, or any image sexualising a minor.
Attempt to bypass credit accounting, rate limits or safety checks.
Resell or redistribute the drawing library, in whole or in part.
Scrape or bulk-download the library through automated means.

Accounts that breach this section may be suspended. Where a suspension is not the result of a breach, unused purchased credits are refunded.

What the AI produces

Conversion quality depends heavily on the photo. Some photos convert beautifully and some do not, and we do not guarantee a particular result for a particular image. The converter page describes what works well before you spend anything.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and unforeseen faults can interrupt it. Where an outage prevents a conversion, the credit is returned.

Data retention

Generated sheets are deleted after seven days, as described in theprivacy policy.Your saved sheet records, packs and credit history are kept until you delete your account.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Coloring Mill after that point means you accept the revised terms.
