Photos you upload

A photo you upload is used for one thing: producing your line drawing. It is not used to train any model, it is not shown to anyone else, and it is not sold or shared with advertisers.

The drawing made from your photo stays in your history for seven days and is then deleted. After that it cannot be recovered, by you or by us — so download or print anything you want to keep.

Photos of children

Photographs of children are common on this product and we treat them accordingly. They are never used for training and are never browsed by staff. Automated safety checks run on every conversion; a check that flags an image results in that conversion failing, not in a person looking at the photo.

You are responsible for having permission to upload a photograph of a child. If you are a school or clinic, that means your existing consent process applies here too.

What we store about you

Your email address and Google account identifier, so you can sign in.
Your credit balance and payment records.
The sheets you save and the packs you build, until you delete them.
A record of conversions you ran, including their settings and outcome.
Server access logs, kept for a short period for security and debugging.

We do not store card details. Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your card information directly.

Cookies

One cookie is used: a session token that keeps you signed in. It is HttpOnly, meaning page scripts cannot read it. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Third parties we rely on

Google, for sign-in only.
Stripe, for payments.
An image generation provider, which receives the photo you upload in order to produce the drawing and does not retain it.
Cloudflare, for storing your generated sheets during the seven-day window.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account and everything in it to be deleted. Write to[email protected]and we will action it.
